Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Pre-Orders or Limited Drops
If your order includes pre-order items or items from a limited drop, shipping timelines may vary. Any special timelines will be noted on the product page.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. UNBELIEVABOLT is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
UNBELIEVABOLT is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly.
International Shipping — Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
